The Export Center of the "ETS Commodity Exchange" JSC provides an opportunity for domestic producers of agricultural, cement, coal and other products and foreign buyers to conclude export transactions on any export bases of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the use of modern trade and clearing infrastructure.

The services of the Export Center include support of trade transactions on mutual settlements, organization of shipment and transportation through the exchange partners to the buyer’s country of destination, cargo insurance, quality and quantity control of goods, preparation of accompanying documentation and others.

The Export Center provides:

1. The conclusion of export exchange transactions through the accredited brokers of the ETS Exchange Sample Broker Agreement

2. Provision of complete information about the concluded transactions on a timely basis;

3. Accompanying of transactions in the ETS Clearing House Ltd:
   

   • Minimization of risks at a transaction conclusion (use of the reserve and insurance fund contribution  mechanism);

   • Guaranteeing the fulfillment of obligations to supply and pay for goods by the exchange transactions parties;

   • Separate accounting of clients’ funds and guarantee of timely return of exchange security when the transaction is not concluded;

   • Organization of settlements based on a bank letter of credit, with minimization of expenses;

   • Settlement payments on exchange transactions through financially stable banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

   • Control over the fulfillment of obligations under the transaction and organization of the risk management system at all its stages.

4. Dispatching of commodity deliveries and organization of interaction with:

• inspection companies;

• transport and logistics companies;

• insurance companies.
